ACADEMICS:
For a student to be promoted to a class at the end of each scholastic year, he/she must have scored an average of 50% in every subject. Any student whose cumulative average fall below 50% but 40% will be asked to repeat the class while such a student will be asked to withdraw if his/her cumulative average for a session is below 40%.
PUNCTUALITY AT SCHOOL:
Morning assembly starts everyday by 7:30am. Any student who is not present for assembly is liable to an appropriate punishment. No student should leave the school compound without the express and written permission of the principal or her representative.
WANDERING OR LOITERING ABOUT DURING CLASS PERIOD:
Is strictly prohibited. Any student caught doing so will be seriously dealt with.
THE CLASSROOM IS A NOISELESS ZONE: There must be an absolute silence at all times in the classroom. To do otherwise will attract severe punishment. Always study in the classroom silently with or without a teacher.
QUARRELING/FIGFHTING:
Quarreling and fighting are strictly prohibited. Any such case of fighting shall earn for those involved indefinite suspension from school.
STEALING: Any student found guilty of stealing shall be summarily dismissed from the school. Siesta, Prep and Games must be strictly observed. No day student should bring in anything for the boarders or collect money to buy things for them from outside.
OBEDIENCE TO SCHOOL BELL:
All must obey the school bell as it rings for assembly, change of lessons, end of break, call for silence, manual labour, etc.
SNACKS:
Snacks of all descriptions must not be taken into the classroom.
RECEIVING VISITORS:
Students are not permitted to see any visitor including parents without the permission from the principal. In the same manner, parents are not permitted to see their wards without permission from the principal or any other person she has delegated to give clearance to see visitors in her absence.
No student shall be in the dormitory during school official hours including prep period.
Coloured dresses, mufti, obscene pictures/magazines etc are prohibited. No two students should go to the toilet together or sleep on the same bed.
